No call no show 45% cancellation fee
Cancelling/Rescheduling your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment 45% cancellation fee
If you need to reschedule, you have 24 hours to select a new date and time to keep the same deposit. Past 24 hours requires a new deposit
Cancellation fees must be paid before time of next service
10 mins late $5 fee
15 mins past is a no show
Deposit is non refundable
